Day two of the HEFMA Leadership Forum concentrates on the critical issue of the workforce, with four presentations tackling different aspects of the significant challenges faced in the recruitment and retention of staff.

Henry Majed, Co-founder and CEO of MyMynd, will outline the tools they can offer, and which are available to HEFMA members, to support staff in their personal and professional wellbeing, so that good, valued and skilled staff stay with the NHS.

MyMynd is a digital mental health platform tackling the challenge of mental health and wellbeing. Henry's work with large corporates, universities and the NHS has identified emerging trends, as people and organisations return to a ‘new’ work environment.

Henry has previously held senior strategy and commercial roles with Mars, Johnson & Johnson and 20th Century Fox, and served as an advisor to the World Health Organisation. He is also a Visiting Fellow of the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship at Said Business School at the University of Oxford where he contributes to programmes on systems leadership, strategy and innovation and social impact/SDGs for MBAs and senior executives.

He remains a mentor to impact businesses/entrepreneurs and regular keynote speaker on ‘Leading for Resilience’ within both industry and academia.

As well as the informative speaker programme, the Leadership Forum also includes an exhibition at which suppliers will feature their latest product and service innovations, the Awards Dinner and extensive networking opportunities.
