Our judges have finished reading and rating the entries to our annual awards, and we are pleased to announce our shortlist. HEFMA’s awards showcase the diverse work of NHS Estates & Facilities teams across England, maintaining the healthcare environment and its essential services. They celebrate the achievements and commitment of teams and individuals working within those services or in the management of the estate.
For our 2026 awards, HEFMA invited entries across seven categories. The winners will be announced at the gala dinner during the National Leadership Forum at the Royal Armouries in Leeds on the evening of Thursday, May 28.
Please do get behind your teams or colleagues if they’ve made the shortlist, share across social media and celebrate their achievements. It’s great recognition to be nominated for an award, and it’s even better to be shortlisted, especially when the calibre of entries is as high as it has been this year.
