Embrace the Future The Hospital Caterers Association’s 2020 Leadership & Development Forum moves to Liverpool this year. Expect an update on the Hospital Food Review from Project Lead and former HCA National Chair, Phil Shelley, a motivational session on leadership from Drew Povey, a former headteacher featured on Channel 4s Educating Manchester and an interview with Angela Rippon MBE about caring for those living with dementia. The programme also features presentations on allergens, plant-based diets, packaging and food safety.
