Inspection visit took place on May 3-5, 2022.
This was an unannounced inspection of North Tees and Hartlepool Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, prompted by concerns about the quality and safety of services. Maternity services were inspected and the rating went down from good at the last inspection in 2018 to requires improvement.
Due to the ratings given at this inspection, the Trust’s overall ratings of good across all domains changed to requires improvement.
