Inspection visit took place on August 25-26, 2021.

The Royal Victoria Infirmary Paediatric Sexual Assault Referral Centre, located within the Great North Children’s Hospital is part of the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and provides acute forensic medial assessments for children and young people. Throughout the visit, policies and procedures and other documents around how the service is managed were reviewed.
