The inspection visit took place between July 7 - 9, 2020. It was a short-notice focused inspection to review the processes, procedures and practices for safeguarding children and young people. Concerns were put formally in writing to the Trust with a request for urgent action to be taken to mitigate the risks to children and young people. The Trust provided a detailed response, including improvement actions already taken or planned. All actions are due for completion by November 2020. The CQC will continue to monitor this through its routine engagement with the Trust.
