The inspection visit took place on December 7 & 8, 2020. It was an unannounced, focused inspection following receipt of information from a national CQC review that gave cause for concerns about the safety and quality of services relating to ‘do not attempt cardiopulmonary resuscitation orders and the way they were completed and recorded. The Trust was required to take action to bring services into line with one legal agreement but it concluded it would be disproportionate to find a breach of the regulation overall.

As a focused inspection the service was not rated.
