The inspection visit took place from February 11th - 13th 2020. Due to suspension of activities during the pandemic, the well-led inspection was not completed.
Great Western Hospital is run by Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. It is a modern district general hospital providing a range of acute services to people living in Wiltshire and surrounding areas.
The inspection covered four services - urgent and emergency care, medical care, surgery and maternity.
