Inspection visit took place between February 15 and March 17.

This was an unannounced inspection of acute services as part of continual checks on the safety and quality of healthcare services. The CQC visited urgent and emergency care services, surgical services, maternity and medicines core services and looked at parts of these services that did not meet regulatory requirements following the 2018 inspection. The well led question for the Trust overall was also inspected. The rating of services remained the same, as requires improvement, as a result of this inspection.
