Inspection visit took place on May 5.
It was an unannounced, focused inspection because of concerns about the quality of maternity services. Other core services were not inspected because there had been insufficient time to implement improvements necessary in the action plan supplied following the previous inspection.
The maternity services were rated as good for safe and well-led and the other key questions remained the same as per the previous inspection.
